Summer Has Arrived!!!

Along with summer comes new goals- think of it like New Years.
My goals for this summer are:
1. Get fit and treat my body better

  • Run nearly every day
  • Cross Fit
  • Eat healthy (aka not eating dairy, of which I am allergic to)

2.Go outside more

  • Go enjoy the fresh air and soak up some of the Vitamin D and Calcium
  • Go for a hike

3.Get out and do more!

  • I want to get out and see more of my own town and neighboring towns aswell
  • Go listen to live music
